Bob Ohneiser
Bob Ohneiser is serving his second term representing the Broad Run District on the Loudoun County School Board. Long before moving to Virginia with his family in 1994 he was also elected to his hometown board of education.
Bob chairs the finance and construction committee and has chaired or participated as a member on most of the other committees of the school board. He is also on the Good Shepherd Alliance Board and the Loudoun County Crime Commission Board. He is a member of the Judicial Evaluation Committee of the Loudoun County Bar Association and teaches a national continuing legal education course for lawyers in Estate Planning.
Bob was duly admitted as an Attorney and Counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States this year. He is a founding member of the Loudoun Adult Soccer League and a founding member of the Potomac Green Investment Club. Bob and his wife Susan live in Ashburn Village. His eldest son Bobby graduated from Broad Run High School and the New York Film Academy and is now directing films in Hollywood, California. Their sons Justin and Ryan both attend Broad Run High School where they are on the honor roll, participate in sports, clubs and the various bands.
Bob graduated from General Motors Institute of Technology (now known as Kettering University) with a bachelor of science majoring in both industrial administration and organizational development. He received his MBA in Corporate Finance from Pace University in 1976 and his Juris Doctorate from Pace Law School in 1985. Bob receives retirement benefits from decades of corporate experience including international business development and now practices law from his home office in Ashburn. He is currently a member of the Loudoun County Democratic Committee. He and his family are members of St. Theresa Church in Ashburn.
