Priscilla B. Godfrey, Blue Ridge Representative and Vice Chair of the Loudoun County School Board, has lived in Philomont in western Loudoun since 1979. She was the recipient of the Loudoun Commission for Women Award in 2003 for her work with The Growing Stage; she continues to volunteer for the Philomont Ladies Auxiliary, Waterford Quilters Guild, Loudoun Volunteer Financial Council and The Rotary Club of Purcellville.
