What does the Black Caucus do?

The mission of the Loudoun County Democratic Committee Black Caucus is to advance the political, economic, educational, and social well-being of Black residents throughout Loudoun County. The Caucus amplifies the voices and priorities of Loudoun’s Black communities, promotes political education and engagement, and advances fair opportunities for Black residents to participate, lead, and serve within the Democratic Party and government. Through advocacy and collaboration, the Caucus works to ensure that Black community priorities are understood, represented, and acted upon in public policy and the political process.
