Overview of 2026 Constitutional Amendments
The 2026 General Election in Virginia will include three Constitutional Amendments on the ballot. A majority vote is needed to pass each one and enact it into the Constitution of Virginia.
Adoption of these amendments will enshrine important civil rights into the Constitution: marriage equality, reproductive freedom, and protections for the right to vote.

The Loudoun County Democratic Committee condemns recent actions by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement that have resulted in the second killing of an American citizen by federal immigration agents in Minnesota this month, as well as the detention of children during immigration enforcement operations. These actions are deeply alarming and demand immediate accountability.

Loudoun County Democrats Call for Transparency and Accountability Following Death of American Citizen During ICE Operation
Leesburg, VA – The Loudoun County Democratic Committee (LCDC) believes in the rule of law, equal justice, and the fundamental dignity of every person. The Committee is deeply troubled by reports and video showing an American citizen was killed during an Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation in Minnesota on Wednesday.
LCDC Reorg 2026
LCDC will reorganize, or “Reorg”, on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM (registration begins at 11:30 AM) at Trailside Middle School in Ashburn. Every two years, the Loudoun County Democratic Committee (LCDC) is collapsed and reformed, as is every local Democratic committee across the Commonwealth. All Democrats who reside in Loudoun County are invited to join the Committee at this time.

The ducks in question are four Loudoun Republicans trying to hide their identities by claiming they are Independents or failing to reveal their political affiliation in the upcoming Loudoun County School Board races. And yet, if you pull back the curtain by looking at their finances – they each got $3,500 from the “Loudoun Republican Party” – and listening carefully to the “dog whistles” they employ, their pedigree is clear.
