Loudoun Dems Announce Coolen as Chair, 2026 Leadership Team

Leesburg, VA – The Loudoun County Democratic Committee (LCDC) is pleased to announce its newly elected leadership team for 2026-2027, combining experienced voices with renewed energy.

The new leadership team will be led by Chair Andrew Coolen and includes:

  • Deputy Chair: Lissa Savaglio

  • Vice Chair of Districts: Lynn Davis

  • Vice Chair of Operations: Mike Develle

  • Secretary: Harrison Crecraft

  • Treasurer: Meredith Ray

The committee is pleased to have Andrew Coolen, Lissa Savaglio, and Meredith Ray continue their dedicated service in officer positions, while welcoming others stepping into new roles or returning to previous leadership positions.

“Loudoun Democrats proved in the last election cycle that when we organize early, lead with our values, and invest in people, we win,” Chair Andrew Coolen said. “This leadership team brings the experience and commitment needed to keep building momentum, strengthen our grassroots infrastructure, and elect Democrats up and down the ballot in the years ahead.”
