2026 Elections
Every year is election year in Virginia!
The Nov. 3, 2026 elections will be another pivotal moment for Virginia’s – and America’s – future. With constitutional amendments on the ballot, along with our House of Representative and U.S. Senate seat, we have a huge opportunity to:
Keep up the pressure on Republicans at the federal level.
Enshrine marriage equality, reproductive freedom, and the restoration of voting rights into Virginia’s constitution.
Advance policies that move Loudoun and Virginia forward.
Every vote, every volunteer hour invested, and every donation will make a difference in shaping the future of our communities.

Special Election on April 21st
Right now, free and fair elections are under threat. This redistricting amendment gives Virginians the power to level the playing field, preserve fair representation, and protect our democracy for our kids and grandkids.
President Trump is working to protect the GOP’s slim 218-214 House majority in the November midterms. He is leaning on several Republican-led states—specifically Texas, Florida, and Ohio—to redraw congressional maps. These new boundaries are designed to favor GOP candidates and eliminate current Democratic districts.
Trump’s interest in the House goes beyond passing Republican policy; it is a strategic necessity for his administration's survival. Because the majority party controls all committees, they hold the power to issue subpoenas and lead public hearings. If the GOP loses control, the President’s personal and official actions could face aggressive public investigation and prosecution.
With so many other states trying to stack the deck, Virginia must act to restore fairness in the upcoming congressional elections — while also enabling Virginia voters to review the proposed congressional district maps before deciding how to vote.
The redistricting amendment is a temporary, emergency exception that gives Virginians a crucial voice to meet the needs of the current moment, while ensuring Virginia’s bipartisan redistricting process will resume after the 2030 census.
